The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) is seeking to raise $5.5Bn by offering up to 11,000,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Wigton Windfarm (WWF) Limited on the Jamaica Stock Exchange Main Market. The offer represents 100% of WWF’s post-IPO share capital. That is all the shares in the company. Of the 11,000,000,000 shares on offer, 2,200,000,000 is reserved for public sector employees and 8,800,000,000 will be available for sale to the general public. Notably, none of the proceeds from the IPO will enter the capital structure of Wigton.
