KPREIT Announces Rights Issue

Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has announced a rights issue with respect to at least 136,271,694 ordinary shares, at $7.00 per new ordinary share, to shareholders as at record date July 16, 2015. The new ordinary share allotment will be two (2) new ordinary shares for each existing units currently held. This offer will be opened on July 22, 2015, the last date for renunciation is July 28, 2015 and the offer will close on July 28, 2015.
