Trinidad Cement Ltd - Notice to Stakeholders

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) released a Notice to Stakeholders in December 2014, regarding execution of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Oilfields Workers` Trade Union in relation to the Order of the Industrial Court on certain Trade Disputes and all other outstanding items for 2012-2014. Further to that Notice, TCL has advised that the Company remitted retroactive payments in the sum of TT$62Mn on December 22, 2014 to employees.
