Yvonne Clarke and Marjorie Seebaran Demit Office

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has advised that its current Group Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Yvonne Clarke, will demit office effective December 29, 2013. NCBJ has advised that this decision has been taken in the context of a review of the organisational structure at all levels. As a consequence, the finance function will report instead to the Deputy Group Managing Director. On December 31, 2013, Mrs. Marjorie Seeberan (General Manager – Corporate Banking Division) will also demit office at which time it is expected that a new head of the corporate banking team will be in place.
