Resolution passed at KPREIT’s AGM

Kingston Properties Limited has advised that at the Company`s annual general meeting held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, its shareholders approved the following resolution:

"That pursuant to Section 10 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, the Articles of Incorporation of Kingston Properties Limited be and are amended as follows:

By inserting a new Article 165 which shall state: "Subject to Section 58 of the Act the company may purchase or otherwise acquire shares issued by it." And this new Article shall be under a new Heading entitled "Buy Back of Company`s Shares".
