H&L Appoints Mr. Paul Hanwork to Audit Committee

Hardware & Lumber Limited (HL) has advised that Mr. Paul Hanworth, a member of the Audit Committee of HL has been appointed Chairman of the Committee effective October 19, 2012.

In addition, Mrs. M. Audrey Hinchcliffe, a current board director has been appointed until a replacement for Mr. Rodney Davis has been identified. Mr. Rodney Davis resigned from both the Board and Audit Committee of HL.
