PCFS to Seek Approval for Name Change at EGM

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2012. The meeting will be seeking approval to: 1) Change the name of the company (2) Amend the Articles of Incorporation to effectively allow for the dispatch of the annual reports via electronic means.
