Mobay Ice to Delist

Montego Bay Ice Company Limited has advised that the following Special Resolution was passed at its Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2015: "THAT the company takes the necessary regulatory steps to be delisted as a public company pursuant to and in agreement with the Rules of the Jamaica Stock Exchange".
