Jamaican Teas Limited has advised of its intention to raise funds via the issuance of a corporate bond. The company has engaged the services of Stocks & Securities Limited as sole broker and Hart Muirhaed Fatta as legal counsel.

On July 1 Caribbean Cement issued a release indicating that it will be adjusting its prices effective July 8 2013, in accordance with the price scheduled below. The prices will be increased by an average of 1%on all products.
