The offers opened Tuesday November 11, 2014 and Tuesday December 16, 2014 respectively. Each offer closed on the same day on which it was opened. There were 261 applications resulting in 255 shareholders. The 99,998,667 units were offered to the market were valued at $599,992,002.

CPJ Directors Exonerated of Fraudulent Charges Published: 19 December 2014
Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited has advised that its directors, Chairman A. Mark Hart and Chief Executive Officer Thomas N. Tyler, were exonerated of all charges in relation to fraud and the importation of prohibited carcasses on December 12, 2014. Both directors had pleaded Not Guilty to all of the counts with which they were charged, which related to a permit for the importation for cow head meat that had allegedly been altered, on which the Clerk of the Court ultimately offered no evidence, resulting in a full acquittal. The charges against the Company arising out of the same facts are set to be heard at trial on the 19th May 2015.
