Carreras Declared Interim Dividend and Special Cash Distribution

The Board of Directors of Carreras Limited (CAR) has declared an interim dividend of $1.20 per share payable on September 3, 2015 to shareholders on record as at August 18, 2015. The ex-dividend date is August 14, 2015. Additionally, the board declared an interim special capital cash distribution of $0.60 per share payable on September 10, 2015 to shareholders on record as at August 18, 2015.
