Sagicor X- Fund to Raise Money via Rights Issue

Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited has announced a Rights Issue of up to 598,134,700 new ordinary shares at $6.95 per new ordinary share to shareholders on record as at August 17, 2015. The share allotment will be on the basis of two (2) new ordinary shares for every (5) ordinary shares. The offer will open on August 19, 2015 and will close on September 2, 2015.
