Access Financial Services Limited held a Board meeting on January 7, 2015 where the following directors have resigned: Brian Goldson, Christopher Berry and Maureen Vernon. The Directors who remained on the board are Marcus James, Neville James and Peter McConnell. The following persons were appointed as directors: Christopher Williams (effective December 30, 2014), Johann Heaven, Charmaine Boyd-Walker and Rex James. Effective January 7, 2015 Gary Peart resigned as Company Secretary and Sherri Murray was appointed as same.
