Derrimon Trading Company Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Derrimon Trading Company Limited has advised that Mrs. Tania Waldron-Gooden has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Derrimon Trading Company Ltd effective January 1, 2014 for a period of three (3) years. Mrs. Waldron-Gooden will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee of this Board.
