FCIBC Appointment

FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited has advised that on September 6, 2013, the board of directors appointed Mrs. Colette Delaney currently CIBC's Executive Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development as its Chief Administrative Officer subject to regulatory and governmental approvals.
