FCIBC Director to Retire

FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited (FCIB) has advised that Mr. Michael Mansoor will retire as Executive Chairman effective October 31, 2013. FCIB will provide information on succession arrangements before Mr. Mansoor's retirement becomes effective. Mr. Mansoor will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
