Appointments and AGM Announcement- LIME

LIME has advised of the following developments:
1. At an Ordinary Meeting of the board held on May 21, 2013, Mr. David Kelham, Regional CFO of LIME and CFO of Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited, was appointed to the Board of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited.

2. At a Special Meeting of the board of directors held on June 12, 2013, Dr. Carolyn Hayle was appointed to the Board and Audit Committee of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited.

3. At the Special Meeting of the board of directors held on June 12, 2013, it was agreed that the Annual General Meeting of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Knutsford Court Hotel, Ruthven Road, Kingston 5.
