GHL announces dividends to shareholders

The Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has declared a dividend of TT$0.37 per share payable on April 30, 2012 to shareholders on record as at April 16, 2012. The ex-dividend date is April 12, 2012. The Annual General Meeting of GHL will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings at 4:30 p.m.
