GKL declares dividends to shareholders

The Board of Directors of GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has declared a dividend of $0.60 per share payable on May 28, 2012 to shareholders on record as at May 4, 2012. The ex-dividend date is May 2, 2012. GK has advised that the appointment of Mr. Douglas Orane as Executive Chairman will come to an end on June 30, 2012. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Douglas Orane as Non Executive Chairman of the Company, with effect from July 1, 2012 for a period of eighteen (18) months. GK has released its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011.
