AMG Declares a Dividend
22-Jan-2015The Board of Directors of AMG Packaging & Paper Company Limited has declared a dividend of 18 cents per share payable on March 31, 2015 to shareholders on record as at February 17, 2015. The ex-dividend date is February 13, 2015.

K.L.E. Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Mrs. Cristina Matalon has resigned as Company Secretary of KLE with effect from December 31, 2014. Mr. Barrington Daley was appointed Company Secretary of KLE on December 31, 2014.
